Dividends/JSCP

Dividends: The bylaws determine the distribution of a minimum dividend of 25% of the net profit for the year, adjusted in accordance with art. 202 of Law 6,404/76.

Interest on Own Capital (JSCP): The company, by resolution of the Board of Directors, may pay or credit interest to shareholders, as remuneration on own capital, calculated on Shareholders' Equity, and the net value of said interest, when credited or paid, be imputed to the value of the mandatory dividend provided for in paragraph 2 in letter “c” of Article 32 of these Bylaws.
