Share Capital

The share capital is composed of 23,171,009 (twenty-three million, one hundred and seventy-one thousand and nine) shares, of which 10,069,592 (ten million, sixty-nine thousand, five hundred and ninety-two) are common shares and 13,101,417 (thirteen million, one hundred and one thousand, four hundred and seventeen) are registered preferred shares.

The share capital may be increased pursuant to Article 168 of Law No. 6,404/76 upon resolution of the Board of Directors, up to the total maximum amount of BRL 400,000,000.00 (four hundred million Brazilian reais) or up to the maximum limit of 30,000,000 (thirty million) common and preferred shares.
